RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At MLPINE, every piece is carefully inspected before leaving our studio to ensure it meets our standards of quality and finish.

RETURN & EXCHANGE PERIOD

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

The item must be returned in its original, unworn and unused condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The item must be unworn and unused.
• The item must be free from stains, marks, odors, or any signs of wear.
• All original tags and labels must remain attached.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase or the original order number must be provided.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are available for a different size or another available item, subject to availability.

If the requested size or item is unavailable, the order may be processed as a return in accordance with our refund policy.

REFUNDS

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will confirm whether it meets our return requirements.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, including your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

Our team will review the issue and assist you with the appropriate resolution.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items, including custom-made or specially commissioned pieces, may not be eligible for return or exchange. Any applicable exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page.

IMPORTANT

For reasons of quality, hygiene, and product integrity, MLPINE reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
